Spiced Fresh Tomato Chutney

Ingredients
  Fresh mint 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced
  Fresh coriander 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, minced
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tomato paste 2 Tablespoon
  Freshly squeezed orange juice 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, cut 1/2 inch dice
Directions

MAKNG
1) In a medium bowl, put mint, coriander, onion, salt and pepper.
2) With a pestle, pound the mixture lightly , to bruise the herbs.
3) Add in tomato paste and orange juice.
4) Mix in tomatoes.

SERVING
5) Chill before serving.
