Peach Chutney

Ingredients
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  White wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced
  Raisins 3 Tablespoon, chopped
  Ginger root 1 Tablespoon, peeled, minced
  Ground cumin 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Peaches 1 Pound
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Pit and chop the peaches coarsely

MAKING
2. In a large 2-quart saucepan, combine the honey, vinegar, onions, raisins, ginger, and cumin and mix well to make a uniform sauce.
3. Simmer this mixture for 10 minutes and then add the peaches
4. Simmer again for 30 minutes till thick
5. Transfer to a serving bowl and let it rest before serving

SERVING
6. Serve the peach chutney with pork roasts or chicken
