Kumquat Chutney

Ingredients
  Kumquats 1⁄2 Pound
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Rhubarb 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1 inch pieces
  Diced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Firmly packed dark brown sugar 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Onion 1 Large, minced
  Green pepper 1 , chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Seedless raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped citron 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Orange 1 , juiced
  Grated orange rind 1
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Ground allspice 1 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Slice kumquats, removing seeds.
Add honey and simmer gently 30 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer 1 hour, or until thick.
Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.
Makes about 4 pints.
