|Brown sugar||8 Cup (128 tbs), packed|
|Vinegar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Papayas||2 Medium (Ripe But Not Soft)|
|Chinese bananas||6 , cut in 1/4-inch slices|
|Seedless raisins||15 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Canned pineapple||20 1⁄2 Ounce, crushed (1 Can)|
|Macadamia nuts/Almonds||1 Cup (16 tbs), blanched, shredded|
|Garlic||6 Clove (30 gm), finely chopped|
|Ginger root||1 Pound|
|Red chili peppers||4 Tablespoon|
|Ground cloves||2 Teaspoon|
1) In a large saucepot put brown sugar and vinegar.
2) Bring to boil and boil for 10 minutes.
3) Mix remaining ingredients, stirring constantly and boil until brown and thickened.
4) Put into sterilized jars immediately and seal with melted paraffin.
