Papaya Chutney

Ingredients
  Brown sugar 8 Cup (128 tbs), packed
  Vinegar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Papayas 2 Medium (Ripe But Not Soft)
  Chinese bananas 6 , cut in 1/4-inch slices
  Seedless raisins 15 Ounce (1 Package)
  Canned pineapple 20 1⁄2 Ounce, crushed (1 Can)
  Macadamia nuts/Almonds 1 Cup (16 tbs), blanched, shredded
  Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm), finely chopped
  Ginger root 1 Pound
  Red chili peppers 4 Tablespoon
  Salt 4 Tablespoon
  Ground cloves 2 Teaspoon
  Allspice 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large saucepot put brown sugar and vinegar.
2) Bring to boil and boil for 10 minutes.
3) Mix remaining ingredients, stirring constantly and boil until brown and thickened.

SERVING
4) Put into sterilized jars immediately and seal with melted paraffin.
