Dry Fish Chutney

Ingredients
  Dry fish 250 Gram (Of Your Choice)
  Red chilies 6
  Cumin seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Peppercorns 1 Tablespoon
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
  Tamarind 1 Tablespoon (Lime Sized Ball)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Roast the fish to a red colour and grind to a paste with the rest of the ingredients.
Serve with curry and rice.
