Pineapple Chutney

Ingredients
  Pineapple 1 Medium
  Raisins 15 Ounce (1 Package)
  Vinegar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), packed
  Hawaiian red peppers 3 , seeded and finely chopped (Small Hot Chili Peppers)
  Garlic 5 Clove (25 gm), finely chopped for 2 tablespoons
  Ginger root/Dried ginger root, grated 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Almonds/Macadamia nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Skin pineapples and core.
2) Cut into small pieces measuring 4 cups.

MAKING
3) In a large saucepan stir remaining ingredients except nuts.
4) Cook gently for about 30 minutes until pineapple is tender.
5) Stir in nuts and cook until chutney till desired consistency.
6) Stir frequently.

SERVING
7) Pour into sterilized jars and seal with melted paraffin.
