|Minced coriander||2 Teaspoon|
|Minced onion||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Yogurt cheese||3 Tablespoon|
|Lime juice||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1) Mince onion and coriander.
2) In a bowl, combine yoghurt cheese, coriander and onion.
3) Mix thoroughly until served.
4) Add salt and lime juice. Mix well.
5) Using cling film, cover the bowl.
6) Refrigerate until used.
7) Serve the chutney spread as sandwich spread or as a condiment with fried foods.
