Indian Green Chutney

Chutney is a must with any Indian snack, and can also be served with the main course. If you love cilantro, give this easy to make recipe a whirl.
Ingredients
  Cilantro 1 1⁄2 Bunch (150 gm), chopped
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 4 Tablespoon (Of 2 Small Lemons)
  Cumin powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon, toasted
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)
  Ginger 1 Inch
Directions

Combine all ingredients, except for cilantro, in a blender
Add 1/4 portion of cilantro and pulse
Once initial amount becomes the consistency of a thick liquid, add another 1/4 portion and pulse
Repeat until all cilantro is used.
Enjoy with a snack like Sooji Sandwiches!
