Savory Mint and Coriander Chutney

Ingredients
  Mint leaves 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Fresh cilantro leaves and tender stems 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Ginger 2 Tablespoon, peeled, minced
  Garlic 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Ripe plum tomatoes 2 , seeded, chopped
  Green jalapeno chili 1⁄2 , seeds and ribs removed, finely chopped (About 1 Teaspoon)
  Green chili 1 Teaspoon, seeds and ribs removed, finely chopped
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon, freshly ground
  Plain non-fat yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a food processor, place all the ingredients except the yogurt.
2) Process until the ingredients form a rough paste.

SERVING
3) Transfer to a serving bowl. You can mix 2 tablespoons chutney into the yogurt and serve in a small serving bowl as a raita.
