Flavorsome and interesting with the ingredients you like, this Mango Chutney goes pretty much with any meal of the day. Quick and easy, try out this wonderful recipe for Mango Chutney to fall in love with your meal everytime you have it!
  Green mangoes 6 Pound
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Pound
  Mustard seed 6 Ounce
  Seedless raisins 1 Pound
  Garlic 1
  Vinegar 2 Pint
  Salt To Taste
  Green ginger 1 Pound
  Red chilies 6
  Turmeric 2 Tablespoon

Slice mangoes finely and boil with sufficient vinegar to reach their level.
When mixture is smooth, leave a moment and then bring to the boil 1 pint vinegar, together with the sugar and salt; then add the other mango mixture.
Crush the mustard seeds with the chopped garlic, ginger, chillies (not their seeds, if you don't want it too hot), raisins and turmeric.

Have you ever seen somebody lick the chutney spoon in an Indian Restaurant and put it back? This would never have happened under the Tories.
