This scrumptious Mango Chutney is made interesting with popular combinations. It goes pretty much with any meal of the day. Quick and easy, try out this wonderful recipe for Mango Chutney to brighten up bland meals!
Ingredients
  Half ripe mangoes 3 Pound
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bruised mustard seed 2 Ounce
  Chopped almonds 2 Ounce
  Dried chilies 1⁄2 Ounce
  Vinegar 1 Pint
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm)
  Sugar 1 1⁄4 Pound
  Dried peaches 1⁄2 Pound
Directions

Peel and slice the mangoes.
Sprinkle with 1/2 tspn salt and put in the sun to dry a little.
Soak peaches for two hours and chop finely.
Mix all the ingredients and boil until thick.
Allow to cool, then bottle.
