Fresh Uncooked Chutney

Ingredients
  Onion 3 Ounce, finely chopped
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Currants 2 Ounce, washed
  Sugar 4 Ounce
  Cooking apples 6 Ounce, unpeeled
  White vinegar 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
Directions

MAKING
1) Combine together onion, lemon juice and rind, currants, sugar and cooking apples.
2) Use a little vinegar to moisten the mixture.

SERVING
3) Use as required.
