Uncooked Rhubarb Chutney

This very versatile uncooked Rhubarb Chutney is made too delicious with the use of perfect condiments. Try out this extra tasty uncooked Rhubarb Chutney - a great accompaniment to any dish you choose.
Ingredients
  Rhubarb 4 Pound
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Currants 1 Pound
  Raisins 1 Pound
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Pound
  Onions 2 Pound
  Vinegar 1 Pint
Directions

Clean the rhubarb and cut into short lengths.
Clean and stone the raisins and clean the currants.
Put all through a mincer.
Add the other ingredients and mix well.
No cooking is required.
This amount will fill 9 x 1lb. jars.
