This special Peach Chutney with its zesty falvor and lip-smackingly delicious taste is a wonderful treat to go with any meal and occasion. Follow this quick and easy to make recipe for Peach Chutney and spruce up any meal that you think is a little bland.
Ingredients
  Vinegar 1 1⁄2 Bottle (1.5 l)
  Peaches 4 Pound
  Sugar 1 Pound
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm)
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Turmeric 1 Tablespoon
  Seedless raisins 4 Ounce
  Ground ginger 1 Tablespoon
  Allspice 1 Teaspoon
  Sweet peppers 3 (Seeds Removed)
Directions

Peel and halve the peaches, discarding stones.
Pass peaches, garlic, red peppers and raisins through a mincer.
Place minced ingredients in a pan with the vinegar and boil for 10 mins., add the rest of the ingredients and boil till the peach pulp is quite soft.
Bottle hot.
