Easy Plum Chutney

|Cooking apple||1 Pound|
|Yellow sugar||3⁄4 Pound|
|Toned raisins||1 Pound|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Ground ginger||1 Tablespoon|
|Cayenne||1 Teaspoon (or to taste)|
Peel, stone and core fruit and cut up.
Boil the fruit, sugar and vinegar for about 15 minutes.
Add the other ingredients and boil until thick.
