|Ground ginger||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Vinegar||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Date||1 Pound (stoned)|
Peel and core the quinces and boil with the vinegar until tender.
Peel and mince the onions and garlic.
Then add all the ingredients to the quinces and vinegar.
Boil till thick.
