Cranberry Chutney

Ingredients
  Cranberries 1 Pound
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Golden raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground allspice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Cooking apple 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
Directions

MAKING
1. Add fresh cranberries, sugar, brown sugar, golden raisins, ground cinnamon, ground ginger cloves, allspice, and water in a Dutch oven. Cook this mixture over a medium heat for 15 minutes or so. The mixture should be strirred continuously till the juice oozes from cranberries.
2. Add remaining ingredients , cook for about 15 minutes at low heat. The mixture should be stirred occasionally and cooked till it becomes thick. When done keep it aside.

SERVING
3. Chill the mixture before serving. Team it with any sort of bread. This chutney remains fresh for about 2 weeks if stored in airtight container.
