Fresh Mint Chutney Withfruit

Ingredients
  Packed mint leaves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), washed (Fresh Ones)
  Lemon juice 4 Tablespoon
  Fresh hot green chilies/1/2 green pepper plus 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper 2 (Use Less Or More As Desired)
  Tart apple 1 Medium, peeled, cored, and diced just before blending
  Orange 1 , peeled, seeded, and cubed
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in the container of an electric blender.
Blend at high speed until you have a smooth paste.
This chutney goes with most Indian foods.
It is especially good with broiled Seekh Kabab, Tandoori Chicken, and Vegetable Pakoris.
