Fresh Mint Chutney Withfruit
|Packed mint leaves||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), washed (Fresh Ones)|
|Lemon juice||4 Tablespoon|
|Fresh hot green chilies/1/2 green pepper plus 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper||2 (Use Less Or More As Desired)|
|Tart apple||1 Medium, peeled, cored, and diced just before blending|
|Orange||1 , peeled, seeded, and cubed|
Combine all ingredients in the container of an electric blender.
Blend at high speed until you have a smooth paste.
This chutney goes with most Indian foods.
It is especially good with broiled Seekh Kabab, Tandoori Chicken, and Vegetable Pakoris.
