Apple And Sweet Onion Chutney

Ingredients
  Apples 3 , peeled, cored, and small dic
  Vidalia/Sweet onion 2 Medium, medium dice
  Raisins 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Ginger 1 Teaspoon, minced
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Apple cider/Apple juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cinnamon stick 1
  Bay leaf 1
  Cloves powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon, grounded
Directions

MAKING
1. Place all ingredients in large pot and cook for 90 minutes.
2. Season with salt and pepper. Remove cinnamon stick and bay leaf, store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

SERVING
3. Serve with cheese, over meats, or as a side dish during holiday meals.
