|Raisins||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cinnamon powder||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Dry ginger powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon (soonth)|
|Clove powder||1 Pinch|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Mix together apricots, raisins, cinnamon powder, ginger powder and clove powder.
In a medium saucepan, boil together one cup of water and sugar, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved. Add the apricot mixture and vinegar. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for ten minutes.
Remove from heat and allow to cool for five minutes.
