Chicken Fillets With Mango Chutney Glaze
|Chicken breast fillets||6|
|Apricot jam||1 Tablespoon|
|Mango chutney||1 Tablespoon|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Grainy mustard||2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
Pound chicken fillets lightly with mallet, place in dish, add combined jam, chutney, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and lemon juice.
Marinate several hours or overnight refrigerated.
Barbecue chicken until cooked through, basting frequently with glaze.
