Sweet Mango Chutney
|Mangoes||3 , cut into small pieces (peeled)|
|Lime juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Cumin seeds||1 Teaspoon|
|Coriander seeds||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cooking oil||2 Teaspoon|
Take 3 ripe mangoes, peel and cut it into small pieces. Now take a pan and pour oil to it as per the above ingredient list. Put mango in the pan; fry it till it turns mushy. Drain it and put it aside for cooling. Now add all the other ingredients with mango and blend it well. Remember not to add any water in the process for a smooth finish. Store it in fridge in an airtight container. Sweet mango chutney would go well for a week if stored properly.
