Fruit Chutney With Honey
|Chopped pear||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Chopped apple||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Maraschino cherries||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), drained chopped|
|Lemon vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Green onion||1 , chopped|
|Jalapeno pepper||1 , seeded and chopped|
|Savory seasonings bake blend||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground ginger||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Peel and core fruit before chopping.
Combine 1 cup pear and remaining ingredients in a small saucepan; stir until well mixed.
Cook over medium heat 12 minutes until mixture softens.
Stir in remaining 1/4 cup pear.
Pour into a sealed glass jar and store in the refrigerator.
