Ripe Mango Chutney

Ingredients
  Ripe mangoes 3 Large, peeled and sliced
  Asafoetida powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon (optional)
  Fresh ginger root 1 Inch, grated
  Chilli powder 1 Teaspoon
  Mango powder 2 Teaspoon
  Chopped fresh mint leaves 1 Tablespoon
  Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend briefly until mixed.
Spoon into a serving dish, adding a little lemon juice if the mixture is too thick.
