Chutney Butter

Ingredients
  Mango chutney 115 Gram
  Mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Fresh butter 225 Gram
  Lime juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Pound the chutney in a mortar, add the mustard and work in the butter; season to taste and add a few drops of lime juice. Rub through a hair sieve.
2. Place on ice and use as required.
