Green chutney - Apple and Cilantro Chutney

This delicous aromatic chutney can be used for samosa, kachori, chaat and many more. Easy to make. Use mint instead of Cilantro to make apple-mint chutney.
  Green apples 2 , chopped (If using red apples, they need to be peeled and chopped)
  Ginger To Taste
  Garlic To Taste
  Green chili To Taste
  Fresh cilantro 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon (Use as required per taste)

1. In a food processor, add the chopped green apples, ginger, garlic, green chilies, olive oil, vinegar and salt to taste. Grind till a smooth paste. When done, remove into a serving bowl.

2. Serve this chutney with samosa, chaat, patties or kachori.

Add mint instead of cilantro to make apple-mint chutney.
