|Light raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped apple||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Coarsely chopped walnuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Snipped candied ginger||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Onion salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground cloves||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
In a large saucepan combine cranberries, brown sugar, raisins, celery, apple, water, walnuts, ginger, lemon juice, onion salt, and cloves.
Bring to boiling, stirring constantly.
Simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Store, covered, in the refrigerator.
