Cranberry Chutney

Ingredients
  Cranberries 1 Pound, frozen
  Granulated sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Golden raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Apple pie spice 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Onion 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), chopped
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Green pepper 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped
Directions

In 3-quart casserole, combine cranberries, granulated and brown sugars, raisins and apple pie spice.
Stir in water.
Cover.
Microwave at High for 10 to 14 minutes, or until cranberries begin to open, stirring once or twice.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Microwave, uncovered, at High for 22 to 30 minutes, or until mixture is desired consistency, stirring 2 or 3 times.
Mixture can be stored in refrigerator or ladled into 2 hot sterilized pint jars.
Seal and process according to canning directions.
