|Finely chopped crystallized ginger||2 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped green bell pepper||1 Tablespoon|

1. Mix all ingredients in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Cover tightly and microwave on high 10 to 12 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes, until pears are transparent.
2. Refrigerate at least 2 hours until chilled. Cover and refrigerate any remaining chutney up to 2 weeks.
