|Chopped celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|

Combine sugar and water in saucepan.
Bring to a boil; boil for 3 to 5 minutes.
Bring to a boil; cook until skins of berries pop.
Core and chop apples.
Combine raisins, apples, celery and ginger with cranberry mixture.
Refrigerate until served.
