Peach Chutney With Raisins

Ingredients
  Coarsely chopped peaches 2 Cup (32 tbs) (2 Large Size)
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Crystallized ginger 2 1⁄2 Ounce, finely chopped (1 Jar)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Mix all ingredients in 2-quart casserole. Cover tightly and microwave on high 10 to 12 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes, until peaches are transparent and mixture is syrupy.
2. Refrigerate at least 2 hours until chilled. Cover and refrigerate any remaining chutney up to 2 weeks.
