Mushroom Chutney

Ingredients
  Mushrooms 6 Ounce, canned
  Peeled and diced apples 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Crystallized ginger 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cloves 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Drain mushrooms; chop.
Combine all ingredients in 2-quart saucepan.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
Remove cover; simmer for 15 minutes longer.
Pack in sterilized jars.
