Gouda Chutney Dip
|Gouda cheese||8 Ounce (1 Package, At Room Temperature)|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chutney||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), cut up|
|Curry powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Cut circle from top of gouda.
Hollow out, leaving about 1/4-inch cheese on all sides.
Cut up gouda.
In small mixer bowl combine cheese with remaining ingredients.
Beat till nearly smooth.
Spoon into hollow cheese.
Chill till serving time.
Serve with crackers or apple slices dipped in orange juice.
