Date And Tamarind Chutney

Ingredients
  Stoned chopped dates 6 Ounce (175 Gram)
  Tamarind paste 1 Tablespoon
  Tomato ketchup 1 Tablespoon
  Ground coriander 1 Teaspoon
  Ginger powder 1 Teaspoon
  Chilli powder 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped fresh mint 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor with 150 ml / 1/4 pint water and salt to taste. Grind for about 1-1 1/2 minutes, stopping halfway through to gather the mixture down from the sides.
2. Check to see it is smooth.
