Cranberry Orange Chutney
|Oranges||2 , peeled, seeded, and sectioned|
|Whole berry cranberry sauce||16 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Canned pear halves||16 Ounce, drained and chopped (1 Can)|
|Cooking apple||1 , chopped|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped pecans||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|White vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Ground ginger||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Chop orange sections.
Combine chopped orange, cranberry sauce, and remaining ingredients in a large saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, 45 to 50 minutes or until mixture is very thick; cool.
Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
