Spicy Coconut Chutney

Ingredients
  Sweetened dried coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded or flaked
  Green bell pepper 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), chopped
  Chopped jalapeno chilies 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  Cilantro 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

In a blender, whirl coconut, bell pepper, chilies, lime juice, cilantro, and 1/4 cup water until smoothly pureed, about 4 minutes.
Scrape container often. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
