My friend, who is a professional chef at a famous Five Star Hotel, gave me this Mint Chutney recipe. It is a very simple and easy recipe. You will love this delicious recipe. Mint Chutney is the best Indian condiment .It is a side dish which increases your taste. You should try this Mint Chutney recipe.
Ingredients
  Coriander leaves 800 Gram
  Mint leaves 400 Gram
  Onion 100 Gram
  Green chillies 220 Gram
  Ginger 20 Gram
  Anardana 15 Gram
  Salt 20 Gram
  Lemon juice 20 Milliliter
  Sugar 10 Gram
Directions

• Wash and clean all the above in running water.
• Cut coriander, mint, onion {peeled}, gree chilli and ginger roughly.
• Wash the same again and drain all the water through the sieve.
• Paste in a grinder without water and into a smooth paste.
• Add anardana {crushed}, salt, lemon juice and sugar and mix with a spoon.
