Chutney For Snacks

Ingredients
  Fresh coconut/Frozen coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cilantro 2 Tablespoon (1 handful)
  Green chillies 4
  Ginger 1 Inch
  Garlic clove 1 Small
  Cashew 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Cumin seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Peppercorns 5
  Lemon 1⁄2
  Chopped onion 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Mix all the ingredients except lemon and grind to a smooth paste by adding about 1/4 cup water.(Do not add much as this is a thick chutney)

2. Remove from blender, squeeze lemon and serve with any snacks.

This sounds great but I am ot sure what a flake of garlic is? Maybe a clove? Shanti/Mary-Anne
