|Orange||1 Medium, peeled and coarsely chopped|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Minced fresh ginger root||1 Tablespoon|
|Cider vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Frozen cranberries||12 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)|
Combine all ingredients except cranberries in a medium saucepan,- bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes.
Add cranberries, and cook over medium-low heat for 20 minutes or until cranberries pop and mixture thickens, stirring frequently.
