Cranberry Chutney

Ingredients
  Orange 1 Medium, peeled and coarsely chopped
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Minced fresh ginger root 1 Tablespoon
  Cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Frozen cranberries 12 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)
Directions

Combine all ingredients except cranberries in a medium saucepan,- bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes.
Add cranberries, and cook over medium-low heat for 20 minutes or until cranberries pop and mixture thickens, stirring frequently.
