Toasted Sesame Chutney Salmon

Ingredients
  Salmon fillets 24 Ounce (4 Fillets, 6 Ounce Each, About 3/4 Inch Thick)
  Ground coriander 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Mango chutney 2 Tablespoon
  Spicy brown mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Sesame seeds 2 Teaspoon, toasted
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 425°.
2. Place salmon on a jelly roll pan lined with foil; sprinkle evenly with coriander and salt. Combine chutney and mustard in a small bowl; spread over salmon and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake 14 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
