Apple Tomato Chutney

Ingredients
  Ripe tomatoes 13 Large
  Apples 13 Large
  Brown sugar 1 Pound
  Salt 1⁄4 Pound
  Mustard seed 1⁄4 Pound
  Onions 1⁄2 Pound, minced fine
  Turmeric 1 Ounce
  Ginger 2 Ounce
  Ground mustard 2 Ounce
  Red pepper 1⁄2
  Raisins 1⁄2 Pound, chopped
  Vinegar 3 Pint
Directions

Boil apples, tomatoes, mustard seed, and vinegar together until cooked.
Put through colander.
Add other ingredients and boil 2 hours or more.
