Ingredients
  Seedless golden raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dates 8 Ounce, chopped (1 Package)
  Fresh whole cranberries 16 Ounce, rinsed and drained (1 Package)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Allspice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cider vinegar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated lemon rind 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan over medium heat.
Cover and cook 15 minutes.
Transfer to a glass jar, cover and refrigerate.
Use within two weeks.
For a longer shelf life, spoon mixture into hot sterilized jars and process 10 minutes.
