Easy Coconut Chutney

Ingredients
  Coconut 1 (Fresh One)
  Red chili 1
  Fresh root ginger 1 Inch
  Onions 2 , roughly chopped
  Tamarind 1 Inch, soaked in a little boiling water (1 Piece)
Directions

Put all the ingredients except the tamarind through a mincer (grinder).
Squeeze the tamarind in a piece of muslin or cheesecloth to extract the juice, then add the liquid to the other ingredients.
