Chutney Zucchini

Ingredients
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
  Chutney 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Zucchini 2 Medium, cut crosswise into thin slices
Directions

Stir cornstarch into chutney in 2-quart microwavable casserole.
Stir in zucchini.
Cover tightly and microwave on high 4 to 6 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes, until zucchini is crisp-tender; stir.
