Curried Chutney Dressing
|Plain non-fat yogurt||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Non-fat sour cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Skim milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chutney||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Curry powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground ginger||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, sour cream, milk, chutney, curry powder and ginger.
To store, cover tightly and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
