Homemade Ginger Chutney

  Dried pears 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Candied ginger 3 Tablespoon
  Golden raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon 1 Small, thinly sliced
  Sliced onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Firmly packed dark brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Tomato sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground allspice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄2 Teaspoon

Wash and chop pears.
To prepare chutney, combine all the ingredients in medium saucepan.
Simmer for 20 to 25 minutes.
Stir often.
Mixture will be thick.
Remove from stove and cool.
Spoon into covered container.
