Spicy Coriander Condiment

Try another spicy and tangy chutney, this one is made with fresh coriander leaves.
Ingredients
  Roasted peanuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Unshelled)
  Chopped ginger 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped green chillies 2 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)
  Fresh coriander leaves 1 Bunch (100 gm), washed
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Sugar To Taste
Directions

1. Roast the peanuts on a pan for 5-6 minutes
2. Unshell the roasted peanuts when cool
3. Grind the peanuts in a Blender
4. Add ginger, green chillies and little water
5. Grind the peanuts, ginger and green chillies
6. Add half of the coriander leaves and lemon juice
7. Continue grinding the chutney
8. Add the remaining coriander leaves
9. Grind the ingredients into a paste consistency chutney
10. Season the chutney with salt as per taste and 1 teaspoon sugar if required
