Ingredients
  Canola oil 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Yellow onion 1 Medium, minced
  Garlic 45 Milliliter, minced (3 Tablespoon)
  Mango 480 Milliliter, peeled and diced (2 Cups)
  Organic apple juice 160 Milliliter (2/3 Cup)
  Orange mango vinegar 75 Milliliter (5 Tablespoon)
  Apple 1 , peeled and cut into small dice
  Ginger 15 Milliliter, finley minced (1 Tablespoon)
  Allspice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat the oil over medium heat in a 2-quart saucepan.
Add the onions and saute 5 minutes.
Add the garlic, mango, apple juice and vinegar.
Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring often.
Add the raisins, apple, ginger and allspice.
Continue to simmer until the moisture has evaporated, about 10 more minutes.
