Chutney is simply a delicious and mouth-watering recipe. Try this amazingly tempting recipe; I am sure you will get a lot of compliments for this Chutney.
  Apples 4 Pound (After Peeling And Cutting - Approximately 16)
  Pears 4 Pound, peeled and cut in long strips
  Demerara sugar/3 pound demerara and 1 pound brown sugar 4 Pound
  Seedless raisins 1 Pound
  Ginger 1⁄4 Pound, pieces chipped
  Garlic 2 Ounce
  White vinegar 1 Quart
  Salt 4 Tablespoon
  Dried chilies 1 Ounce
  Cayenne pepper 1 Teaspoon

Boil sugar and vinegar for 20 minutes.
Add other ingredients, stirring constantly until apples are soft and mixture is thickened.
Spoon into jars and seal.
If desired, apples, ginger and garlic may be put through food chopper.
