Zesty Fresh Nectarine Coconut Chutney

Ingredients
  Chilean nectarines 3 Small, diced (3 Cups)
  Thinly sliced green onions 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Shredded coconut 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ground red pepper 1 Pinch
Directions

Combine all ingredients in medium bowl; toss well.
Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
